The International Consortium for Electronic
Business (ICEB) was founded on December 21, 2001, after year-long planning
and two extensive meetings of the Steering Committee chaired by
Professor Eldon Y. Li (California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo). The two meetings were held on December 19 and 20, 2001.
