Steps for creating a virtual disk on Google Drive (other cloud service applied)

You can use the Google Drive to substitute the physical USB drive. Please follow the steps below.

1. create ONE baseline USB Disk containing the contents I send you.

2. create a folder "ICEB 20xx Proceedings Disk" on Google Drive.

3. copy the entire content of the physical USB disk to this GD folder.

4. set up the permission and a password of "ICEB20xx" on GD to allow downloads.

5. create a QR code for downloading this folder to participant's computers.

6. notify the participants the QR code and the password.

7. notify the Conference Committee the QR code and the password.
